This program allows you to discover your relationship to stress and, through this awareness, offers the opportunity to improve your physical and mental health. 


The intention is to take this practice "beyond the mat"- right into the ups and downs of your daily life. Experience this proven method that combines gentle yoga, mindfulness and group dialogue to reduce stress and increase life enjoyment!   


No prior experience necessary. This class is open to all fitness levels.

What's Included?
8 Phoenix Rising Yoga classes  (2.5 hrs each)
No prior experience is necessary. Accessible to any one, no matter what condition your body is in. 

All-Day Silent Yoga Retreat (9am-5pm)
This day is all about you! Your day includes yoga practices, walking, sitting meditations, & journalling. 

Home practice CD & program guidebook.
These tools will allow you to create a sustainable home practice. It's your opportunity to become your own teacher.
