A New Season

Well Fall is here, and change is inevitable. I love the spontaneity that summer offers, but it feels great to slip into the stability of fall. Fall represents preparation for me, getting ready for the short winter days, figuring out how I will keep myself entertained before all my friends and family enter into hibernation mode.

I have many upcoming projects this fall. I will be enriching my training with Phoenix Rising at the end of the month. My intention as a Yoga teacher is to invite my students to take what they learn on the mat into their daily lives, focusing on both their physical experience as well as their inner therapeutic experience. This training will be very complimentary to my current Yoga practice. I'm definitely a workshop junkie and I'm really looking forward to learning more cools stuff about our bodies and minds. It will be fantastic to share my knew knowledge with my students.

I will be offering various workshops and classes through the fall and winter. I am facilitating the Beyond The Mat workshop this October. It is an experiential intro to Yoga Therapy. It's a unique way to get to know your body and what it has to teach you. It will run for two weeks starting October 15th. I will post more specific details soon.

I'm also very excited to be working with Jen Keirstead this November. Jen is a Holistic Nutritionist and we will be collaborating to integrate our knowledge of Yoga and Nutrition. Starting October 5th, we will be offering an amazing four week program called "Practical Solutions to a Healthier Body". Students will learn simple ways to create overall wellbeing in the body and mind. More info about this program will be available soon.

Have a great fall!
